David Evans BSc (Hons)CEng MICE
David is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 45 years in the construction industry. David spent the early part of his career in Consulting, working on the design of specialist foundations and structures along with road and drainage design. He moved from consulting into contracting and was at the forefront of establishing the mini-piling and underpinning market with a large national contractor.
David founded DJE Construction Ltd in 1994 and the company has grown to provide specialist foundation solutions in East Anglia and the South East of England. The company has just celebrated its 25th anniversary.
Today, David maintains the same enthusiasm for the industry and his focus has expanded to mentoring and developing the management team within the business.
Richard Evans BSc (Hons)
After qualifying as a Mechanical Engineer in 2007 and working in the Automotive Industry, Richard looked for a new challenge and joined DJE Construction Ltd in 2011 and completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Geotechnical Engineering at the University of Birmingham.
By combining his expertise in both Mechanical and Geotechnical Engineering, Richard particularly enjoys taking on complex foundation projects in order to develop and deliver simple, practical and economical foundation solutions.
As second generation, he is instrumental in the continued growth and success of the business and maintaining the company’s strong reputation within the industry.
When away from the business Richard is a keen Cyclist, Snowboarder and Surfer... and pretty much anything that involves the great outdoors!
Tim Geeves
After completing an apprenticeship as a Bricklayer at the start of his career, Tim moved into the Mini-Piling and Underpinning Industry as a site foreman and quickly progressed up to the role of Contracts Manager. With over 30 years in the piling and underpinning industry, Tim brings a wealth of experience and practical expertise to the team and is responsible for the day to day contracts management at DJE Construction ltd.
An avid sports fan, when outside of work Tim can usually be found on a golf course perfecting his swing.
Paul Lewin BSc (Hons)
Having spent over 12 years in the construction industry working for large Civil Engineering contractors, Paul joined DJE Construction Ltd in 2016 to strengthen the team with his extensive knowledge in Geotechnics and Site Investigation. Paul uses his comprehensive understanding of geology and his expertise in a broad range of piling and foundation systems to provide our clients with the most suitable and economic solutions.
When away from work, Paul has a passion for hiking, climbing and mountaineering.
