You will be responsible for the following key elements of the role:

  • Effective management of site staff, suppliers and sub-contractors on a day-to-day basis.
  • Able to set up and manage multiple sites from commencement to completion.
  • Responsible for the production, procurement, and planning of daily operations.
  • The ability to manage and implement the Company’s obligations under the Health & Safety at Work Act and associated legislation.
  • Management of KPIs (key performance indicators) set within the company and report out on a regular basis.

Your key skills, experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience within mini-piling and/or geotechnical engineering industry would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to integrate and work within a small family run business.
  • Excellent man-management skills.
  • Able to work remotely on occasions.
  • To be able to managing and oversee the Health and Safety of our work.
  • IT literate with Word, Excel and Outlook.
