Mechanical Ground Anchors

Ground Anchors are used to counteract the active earth pressures developed behind retaining structures.  These anchors can be used to add restraint to both new structures and also as a remedial solution within existing walls which require additional support.

Mechanical Ground Anchors can be installed using either hand-held equipment for restricted access sites or using machine mounted pneumatic hammers for larger projects.  Mechanical Anchors provide immediate load capacities from 1kN to 200kN where ground conditions allow.
