Small Diameter Pin Piles
Capability; 65mm diameter
Capacity – 20kN max
Commonly used to support failed or settled structural floor slabs, pin piles are installed using pneumatic piling hammers. Pin Piling is a cost-effective method of restoring the stability of an existing floor, providing it has adequate structural integrity. Pin Piling is faster and less disruptive than traditional alternatives of removal and replacement of existing floors and sub-bases.
Upon reaching the required depth, the casing remains in the ground and filled with concrete.
To complete the pile, a reinforcement bar is installed to the required depth.
